VOLUNTEER BOND FEES AND POLICY

The Volunteer Bond per membership family is $300 and will be charged to your Playmetrics account in July if you did not complete your volunteer obligation.

If you do not wish to volunteer during the course of the 2024-2025 seasons, you must have indicated during registration while accepting your position on the team. We will invoice you through your Playmetrics account. This $300 fee is nonrefundable and must be paid by April 30, 2025. Payment must be paid to prevent your child being removed from their roster.

We require only one volunteer shift per family (multiple players/siblings included), this is not an individual per player requirement.

TRACKING COMPLETED VOLUNTEER TASKS

LSC uses Playmetrics for our volunteer needs. When sign-ups become available, e-mails will be sent through Playmetrics. This e-mail is a bulk e-mail and will be sent to all participating Travel families regardless of whether or not they have already volunteered.

We will use Playmetrics to track all volunteers and will update your account as the tasks are completed..

We open a group of Sign-ups at once. Emails will be sent through Playmetrics when a group becomes available.
LSC is not responsible for finding volunteer positions for you.
Volunteer needs may change throughout the year without notice. Please check back frequently for updates to the list.

Net Set-Up	April	18+	Pick up nets at Steve Michaud shed and head to a specific venue to put the nets up. You will need to provide own step stool/ladder, also bring Heavy Duty scissors/snipers. Heavy lifting and stairs may be involved.	CLOSED
Rec Equipment Pick Up	May & August	16+	Help disburse equipment to coaches. Heavy lifting may be involved	CLOSED
