Winter TOTS Program

Pre-Kindergarten (3-5yr olds)

OVERVIEW

This is the introductory program for our youngest players. The goal of the program is for participants to have fun while being introduced to the skills needed to play the game of soccer. Training and curriculum is designed to create a fun and pressure-free environment.


Age Requirement

The Soccer Tots Program is offered for 3 - 5 year old children. Players must be 3 years old as of the first day, no exceptions. Children in Kindergarten should register for our the Winter Rec Program. Please note: TOTs teams may be co-ed.

REGISTRATION COST: $100 (includes T-shirt)

Guarantee Deadline

Registrations will be accepted up until age groups have filled.  Age groups & genders be will capped based on dome space available.


Refund Policy 

To qualify for a refund, one of the following must be present:

  • Request is submitted 5 days prior to the start
  • Injury including Doctor's note
  • Moving 50 miles outside of Lakeville

ADDITIONAL INFO

Training takes place inside Lakeville North Dome.  This facility is heated, but may require additional layers of clothing based on personal preference.  We recommend that families plan accordingly and recommend layers be placed underneath the TOTS T-shirt provided at check-in.

What do I Need?


  • Shin guards *mandatory at all sessions*
  • Soccer cleats are recommended but not required.
  • Water bottle and a soccer ball that is the necessary size:
  • Kindergarten - 2nd = Size 3 Ball
  • 3rd-5th Grade = Size 4 Ball
  • No jewelry is allowed for safety of players, including earrings/studs.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE


Scholarships or financial assistance will be made available to those players that demonstrate a need.

LSC scholarships requests should be emailed to the Rec Manager and should be accompanied by your completed Financial Assistance Application Form attached. Feel free to reach out to the Rec Manager with any other questions.

All scholarship applications should be submitted prior to the time of registration.

FAQs for REC LEAGUES

  • How will teams be formed?

    Teams are formed based on age/gender.  Due to registrations, we may combine genders to create groups with meaningful training numbers.


  • Can my player join an older/younger age group?

    Due to the high demand for Winter TOTs, we are unable to accomodate requests for joining age groups other than your own.

  • What happens if I'm put on a waitlist?

    Once registrations are to max capacity, a waitlist will be formed for registrants.  The club will contact families once the waitlist is officially closed.  It is our goal to notify waitlist families no later than 5 days prior to the start of each program.
